Wu Mei Retreat

Several times a year Sifu Ken Lo and students of the Wu Mei Pai leave New York for Shung and June Lee's Hidden Meadows Farm in Whitehall, NY.

Here they practice kung fu, meditation, calligraphy, and Cantonese cooking for four days in an atmosphere of seclusion and natural beauty.

There are also many outdoor activities nearby including boating, hiking, fishing, swimming, and horseback riding.

Wu Mei retreats are held on one or more of the following holiday weekends:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Columbus Day
